Autism Spectrum Disorders. Brendan is a devoted advocate and public
speaker on many issues but specifically on Autism Spectrum
Disorders. He tries to find time for golf and is an avid Chicago
Bear fan, which includes a part-time job as an Appearance
Representative for the 85 Super Bowl team players.
Brendan is passionate about all children and giving them the best
possible opportunity to grow and succeed. He knows the importance of
early intervention for children with special needs and ensures
everyday that Good Shepherd Center for Exceptional Children is doing
it’s very best to help the children and families they serve.
Brendan explains, “Assisting children and families in need is
an honorable job. As the parent of a child within the Autism
Spectrum I have realized the fear that our parents feel initially
when they are informed of the challenges their child may face and
the joy that comes later when my child overcame those obstacles. I
now realize what a great gift he and my daughter were for me as they
have made me a better man.”
